My life goals First I want to specify, why am I writing this post. There are 2 main aims: 1. Describe my life goal management experience, so, maybe, someone else could use it in his/her own 2. Send the signal to everyone in order to find people, with whom we can accomplish those goals together So, my life goals are: 1. To create life management services that would be used by billions of people 2. To create sensible music, that would be listened by billions of people Let’s check these goals satisfy SMART rules: 1. Specific - enough for life goals) abstract enough to leave some room for maneuver😜 For instance, I don’t specify, how exactly the services will look like. But believe me I have the largest mindmap, you’ve ever seen, covering all the possible variations👌 2. Measurable - billions, unicorns! - quite measurable😉 3. Achievable - here “A” more suits Ambitiosus, but yes, I think I have all needed prerequisites to start attaining those very goals😎 I’ll go a little bit in detail below 4. Realistic - it’s gonna be ok at the end, if it’s not ok, it’s not the end☝️ Again, millions are ok for a couple of years, but for the life?) Remembering Kurzweil’s law of accelerating returns (simplier - just an exponential growth), I think it’s realistic 5. Timely - hope, I’ll live long enough to reach them, at least you can write on my gravestone that I tried my best✊ And of course I have my agile roadmaps, but that’s for other posts) As for all the other things I have and do and value in life - they all are important but only as the means of reaching these goals (I try to stick to the utility theory (by Kahneman and some others, that I’ll describe in the coming posts)) As promised, some details: I understood my first goal (life management) when I was 19. It came like a spark, but (as well as Mendeleev or Neuton) I was in a specific context / condition, that created a soil for that): 1. I ran a lot of professional orientation tests (all of them telling that I should become a digital leader)🤓 2. I dreamed of becoming a President (supposing it’s the most impactful profession in the world)🤴🏻 3. I danced since I was 4 - presumably that devastated all psychological complexes that could stand on my way to ambitious goals and also cultivated love to fame, victories and a constant competition🕺🏻 4. I studied English since I was 6, that really opened up the global plans for me)🌎 5. I grew in a provincial town (and saw misery that I wished to eradicate) in a pretty poor family, but with a lot of love😘🤗 And so for the last 10 years I’ve been gradually and steadily accomplishing this goal) But the main thing is yet to come😉 As for the second one (music): 1. I started writing poetry since I was 10, I think🤔 It was horrible🤦🏻‍♂️ And all people around me didn’t hesitate to assure me of that fact, however I continued😜 2. When I was 14 our teacher of literature introduced me to the most famous Kursk poet Vadim Korneev and he was the first to tell that my verses have something unique in it😎 The sense is so deep that it’s just inconceivable by ordinary people...😂😂😂 Just a joke, he never told that😂😂😂 3. At the same time my voice broke and became low so the teacher of music sent me to some local singing competition, which I immediately won (that’s True😎) 4. I was invited to be the vocalist of the pop-jazz ensemble, where I studied to play the guitar and the drums / percussion. 5. So then the poetry mixed with the vocals and the guitar playing and the songwriting me began) 6. At the age of 16 I chose not to make music my profession as I thought the President is much cooler and reliable) 7. However, I continued it as a hobby and I think the first sensible song was written also near when I was 19 years old, actually right before my first BP-concert, where I first performed my own music (not the covers). I continue that tradition each year (so, there’ve been exactly 10 concerts, presenting new albums I wrote during the year (each)) 8. But there was not a single year I did not ask myself, whether I should try to make music professionally... 9. At the 2017/2018 New Years Eve I made a wish to make 2018 my first year of professional music (I fulfilled this dream by recording my first album in the studio, not at my friends’ houses like it had been ever before) 10. Guessing, what dream I made this year?) To promote it, and (running ahead) I’m very close to gathering a team, that’s capable of doing that)... Watch what’s coming next...) Life is a story. Make yours the best seller😉 #goals #lifegoals #mylifegoals #goalmanagement
